So some of you might be wondering why I have a picture of myself here. Well yeah, I have mental health conditions but I don’t look any different from anyone else. Some people think that you need to look ill or sad to prove you have a mental health condition but in reality, it is something that doesn’t always show!
I have suffered with mental health conditions most of my life, but for the past year, things have gotten worse. I don’t expect people to give my sympathy or judge me for this. If you know me, you probably had no clue that I was even going through it and I hope that people don’t treat me differently now that I have said this.
There is such a stigma about mental health which I have struggled with myself and this is why I am posting this. I am not ashamed…
