Today is a family day to go to bird park with my husband and son. They want to watch the lion dance. The loud clash is enough to repel me from watching it. Its sound is so unbearable until I move behind the crowd and have a sit on a stony bench. If I know, I should have brought the ear plug.

Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Smelly Row Seat

On a Sunday morning, a sharp awful smell came out of nowhere. A lady who was sitting beside me asked my nose sense. Flap!! Flap!! So stinky! Flap!! Flap!! She rested her hands from flapping the newspaper. Then she flapped again. Her flapping eased the awful smell. And I could sense the flapped wind freshen the air pollution. However, such continuum action stirred the other listeners’ attention to her during the preaching. A pastor from behind approaches her. She immediately explained the place she sat stinks. However, the pastor didn’t hear it. So he called her. A minute had passed. She stood up and went behind to meet the pastor.

Let us see from different perspectives.

From the congregations’ perspectives, it disturbed their time to listen to the preaching from the pulpit. They were utterly disrupted from their hearing focus.

The lady was concentrating on the preaching yet she needed to bear the smell. She bore the smell to the point of unbearable breathing. Opening her bag, she was looking for things to ease her nostril. A newspaper helped her to ease her pain. That’s the only thing for her to do so. Flapping it freshen the air and ease her breathing.

A pastor’s perspective felt that it disrupted the congregation. So he decided to approach her. However, he couldn’t hear her explanation and called her. She walked to him to explain herself. However, the people who sat at my row bore the stinky smell silently and quickly left.

What can we learn from here? Investigate the source of the smell. Stop hurting the congregation. Congregation and the church staff need to collaborate to solve the air pollution. Don’t let it continue. This can be likened to a sin that was not tackled. Once it becomes worse, it’ll affect everyone.

Please share your perspective on this issue.

Smelly Room

Pooooot!
Aircon BLOWS
Dad’s fart towards
The toddler!
Living in the smelly room
Until he pulls
His bolster to
Cover his nose
For a few minutes

The smell is gone
I enter the room
He complains to me
The smelly room
Caused by
His only dad
And calling me blessed
To be saved from the
Smelly fart

Here I am in the room
Pressing cold pack with
Great pressure
Creating
Fart sound-like
The little one presumes so
Only to realize
Pressurize old pack
But instantly
Pooooot!
Sorry, I fart
Poor little fella to
Cover his nose
with bolster again

My husband inquire
The need to
Switch on the
Air purifier again
Due to
The couple’s fart
Polluting the room

Nature vs City Life

Vast lushful greenery forest
Existential are found
On the mountain terrain
Inhaling and exhaling
The cooling fresh atmosphere
This is the place humans miss the most
Before the rise of buildings

Mankind and animals
Dwell among the nature
Planting agriculture for food
Hunting for food
Though practice bartering
No gold, silvers and bronze coins are involved
Everyone live peaceably
Few crimes occur

Do mankind misses all these?
Do mankind trade freedom for money?
Don’t mankind remember responsibility?
Don’t mankind remember nature?

Abusing nature for self-gain
Eradicate nature and mountainous terrain
Explode mountain to pieces
Animals population decrease
Building high rise flats, towers, and roads
In the end
Replicate nature with clay, wax, and chemical
As an excuse to maintain clean road
As an excuse to save money for hiring workers
Machines replace human labour
Causing unemployment

Are mankind doomed to regrets?
No wonder the iceberg melts
No wonder mother earth groans in pain
No wonder animals also groan
No wonder mankind complains stress
No wonder crime rate increases
Are mankind doomed?

Upon waking up for work, train of thoughts echoed in my mind accompanied with strong words “explode mountain to pieces”. I’m missing my wordpress friends. Upon revisiting this repeatedly, the completed day is the end of inspiration.

Kick The Air

At the kitchen
Kick the air
Sandals fly
Landed onto
Table

On the bed
Kick the pillow
Pillow flies over
Landed onto
Grandma’s face

At the living room
Kick the air
Shoes fly over
Landed onto
Poor crying floor

Kick the air
Kick the air
Kick and kick

My son loves in my mother’s room. Nowadays, he tends to kick the air to remove his shoes and sandals. While he was drinking milk on her bed, he kicked the pillow and it fell onto his grandma’s face.

Air Pollution on Bed

Rolling to the left
Butt facing me
Pooooot!
A long fart
Its stench
Ticks my nostril
Its stench is like
The smell of poo
Air pollution!
Smelly
Smelly!

Wish to Fly

Deep within me
Wish to be free
Free to fly
Fly like a bird

Like the birds flying
Flying to the sky
Flying in the sky
Sipping in fresh air
. . .

Fly! Fly! Fly!

This began in me with the line, “deep inside of me” as the words flowed out describing my feelings of being locked like a caged bird. Freelance work isn’t smooth. Struggling to get project. My parents returned to home country then back here. To and fro many times limiting me to go out.
