Movie Seat

Body moves
Left and right
Intentionally slip his butt
Sitting up and down

Seat going up
Leaning with back
Slip!
Falls onto his knees

I was bringing my son to watch movie “Mr. Peabody & Sherman”. He had a hard time sitting quietly. In the end, he he moved his body around and stood up. My maid attempted to let him sit but to no avail. Thus he had a fall from the chair. Everybody laughed at him. Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Honesty in Comedy

Poking fun
Flirty eyes and smile
Comedically peeping into my coat lapel

Meaning to beware
Though outwardly cover my chest
Giving a message

Bending posture can give
The wrong signal
Thus exposing myself

The business partner God blesses me with has altered the black altered dress Misa gives. She brings it to SS’s hair salon. She ties a mini hook onto the clothes to cover up my chest. I appreciate her effort. I wear it and return to SS’s hair salon. It seems looser than previously. So I ask her whether she edits all the button. She answers no and that shows I slightly lose my weight. Then Misa pokes fun on me that people can still see my chest. Business partner tells her not to scare me. I appreciate Misa’s honesty to explain that people can still see my chest if I bend down. SS, Business partner and Misa feel that I look good in it and appreciate their honesties. They are really God’s blessings.

Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Lock Cage

Cage me in
Lock me up
And I write more

No cage
To lock
I am guilty not to write

There are plethora of themes
To work on
To write on
But . . .
Everyone are demanding my
Attention

Upon realizing my writing time is when I feel calm and relaxed, I realized the importance of being alone. Being a mother with elderly and part time work really strangle my muse. When the house is quiet, hearing birds singing, and people to work together help to ease my mind and to write my muse. Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Smelly Room

Pooooot!
Aircon BLOWS
Dad’s fart towards
The toddler!
Living in the smelly room
Until he pulls
His bolster to
Cover his nose
For a few minutes

The smell is gone
I enter the room
He complains to me
The smelly room
Caused by
His only dad
And calling me blessed
To be saved from the
Smelly fart

Here I am in the room
Pressing cold pack with
Great pressure
Creating
Fart sound-like
The little one presumes so
Only to realize
Pressurize old pack
But instantly
Pooooot!
Sorry, I fart
Poor little fella to
Cover his nose
with bolster again

My husband inquire
The need to
Switch on the
Air purifier again
Due to
The couple’s fart
Polluting the room

Drag The Glue

Lizard or gecko?
Gecko or lizard?
Why are you
So STICKY to
The television?
So GLUED to
The mobile game?

Dragging the glue yourself
Holding your mobile
Dragging out of the glue on your
Bed with eyes glued
To your mobile game
Excusing yourself
Stuck in the middle of
Your strategy battle game.

Dragging yourself
Onto the dining table
On the dining table
Lizard turns into gecko
More glued to your
Strategy battle mobile game.

It is not easy to convince my husband to have dinner who is always glued to his game. Ever since the computer is spoilt, he stopped playing game. He begin to play games once he changes mobile phone into smart phone. Upon finding out he can play games, he is so glued to his mobile phone. Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Spray

Carrying around
The house
Jumping around
The sofa
Dashing around
The house
Climbing around
Metal doors
Chasing after
Grandma
Grabbing after
Colourful pictures

Heartbeat races
Adrenaline rush
Shouts of joy
Perspires unceasingly

Joining his grandma
Into her room
Meddling cosmetic drawer
Holding onto
Perfume bottle
Grandpa intervenes to
Stop him from
Dropping it
But

Spray! Spray!
Spray onto left armpit
Spray! Spray!
Spray onto right armpit
Surrender perfume bottle

Desiring to eliminate
Strong odour
Coming out of
Armpits

The poetry written by Busy Mind Thinking about obsession at http://busymindthinking.com/2013/06/18/obsession/ reminded me of this poetry. This poetry is about the time my son was around two years old who knew that his armpits were smelly due to perspiration. Entering his grandma’s room, he meddle her drawer full of cosmetics. Within the cosmetics, he unknowingly grabbed onto a perfume bottle. The alarmed grandpa shouted at him to put the perfume back. Upon knowing it is a perfume, he instantly sprayed it onto his armpits. An angry situation turned into humour. Grandparents had a good laugh. At night, my helper narrated this event.
