Convey Message

Approach another cell leader in person
Whom I ever assist her
In door to door evangelism

The quiet dog looking at us
Its expression impresses me many times
Only to be misunderstood

Asking the Lord to enable me to articulate
Cuing her to return to that unit
Reach out to that household again

In the CG thanksgiving party, I immediately inform Mako that the household unit with the dog. That quiet dog looking at us. It impresses me a lot. It is attempting to convey a message. She misunderstood my message. She can pray for the dog. Inside my heart, “NO! That’s not what I mean.” I ask God for help to explain again. The dog is trying to convey something. I ask her to reach out to that household again. I feel so concerned of that household. course, concern is a love in action. At night, I inform her again through the text message. Wish you all have good days and thank you.

看門狗 Watchdog

看門狗
看電狗
看店狗

每天看這
看看看
看到打天亮
然後瞌睡

A watchdog
Guarding the door
Guarding the electricity
Guarding the shop

Daily guarding all these
Guard, guard and guard
Till the sunrise
Then it sleeps soundly

Living with the label “watchdog”, I feel a strong connection in what I have done. When my parents go out, I stay at home with my younger brother. Now, My habit is to take note the electricity plug when everyone is asleep. It is a daily routine to switch off the switched on electric plug. As long as the electrical appliances are not switched on, many people feels that the electric usage does not matter when the switch is off. However, I care to save the small amount of electricity. Am I wrong to do so? Wish you all have good days and thank you.

Cat, Dog & Baby Mouse

Cat
Waits at the mouse’s hole
Waiting to play with the mouse
Makes fun of the mouse
Poke and itch the mouse
Laughter covers the room
Shouts of help fill the house
Cat laughs at baby mouse’s demise

Dog
Labours the baby mouse
Smells the baby mouse
Cares the baby mouse
Plays with baby mouse
Laughter fills the house
Disciplines baby mouse
Guard baby mouse’s wrong actions
Learning as backbone mother

Mouse
Cute ears pop out
Makes fun of cat
Pokes and itch the cat
With a mischievous smile
Pulls the cat’s hairy legs as the cat changes clothing
Runs around the house
Jumps around the house
Taking off clothing to shower
Showing his sexy naked body with a pose
Misbehaviour turns to obedience once dog appears

The cat refers to my husband, dog refers to me, and baby mouse refers to my son. Influenced with the Tom & Jerry cartoon shown by his dad, he keeps on saying he is the mouse, his dad is the cat and I am the dog. Normally, his dad and I notice his cute pop out ears like a mouse’s ears. So I summed up everyone’s perspectives in this poetry. Thanks for reading my poetry and hope you all enjoy this.

Bark to Silence

Woof! Woof!
Woof! Woof!
Turning head
Eyes scan through
Woof! Woof!
Woof! Woof!
Ears detect barking dog
In a unit amongst the block
Woof! Woof!
Woof! Woof!
Silence

Where? Where?
Where is the dog?
It barks
Do not disturb
My sleep

While my son, husband, and I walked home, we passed by a block. Suddenly, a mini dog’s bark was heard nearby. My son was searching the dog, but it stopped barking. As if the dog fell asleep so I explained to him that probably the dog informed not to disturb its sleep.

Pulled by Dog & Toddler

Walk the dog with the dog lace
Enjoying the windy breeze on a park
Passing by a lane
A kitten appears
Appear to poke fun of the dog
Fuming with anger
The dog chases it
It runs and runs
The dog’s master is pulled
Pulled by the
The huge hairy police dog!

Running after
Chasing after
His dad
I’m pulled by him
Him who is
Running after
Chasing after
His dad!

Fallen Crumbled Crackers

POW!
Messed crackers!
Drooling saliva
DASH
Hungrily
Like a dog
Swiftly, he
Grabs
Munches
The fallen
crumbled crackers
On the floor
Refusing to
Open his mouth.

Accidentally, the cracker jars fell onto the ground. The reason I want to keep it is to prevent my son from eating it behind my back. Unexpected outcome occurred due I didn’t close the jar cover tightly. So the above case happened.

Like A Dog

Half naked
After urine
Use one palm
Touches
Sticking
Urine smell to
His dad
Marking
His dad
Dad belongs to him

Like
A dog
Urinates to
The pole
A dog that
Urinates to
Lamp post
Marking
Its territory
Territory belongs to it.

This happened in the morning when my son wasn’t wearing his pants, only with his clothes on. Upon seeing his dad, he suddenly touched the lower part of his body then touches his hand onto his dad. He told me that our son was like a dog, which marks its territory with its urine.

In the morning, my brother was preparing to go out who often enters the bathroom to apply hair gel, combing hair, spraying deodorant onto his body, and many other actions. My twenty-seventh months toddler is curious of his actions so he is like my brother’s tail.

I was watching the animation “Dalmatians 101” where the opening scene of the dog looking for its master’s attention to go out and its head turn left and right continuously. Those reminded me of bringing out my twenty-six months toddler who often request for a walk.

Cute Dog Pee Stance

Body facing backward towards the television rack
Pulling legs apart similar to a dog pee stance
With his right foot touches the cover
The cover of the television rack
Slowly, his foot closes it
Everyone’s eyes pop out
But turns to
Amazement,
Awe,
Cheers, and
End in applause.

Upon returning home from a workshop class held in the library, my mother and helper informed me about my toddler’s actions. My helper laughingly showed the way he acted. My parents are laughing as they re-told his cute and funny stances. These reminded me the previous day I closed the cover of the television rack with my right foot though facing forward. Unexpectedly, my toddler mimicked my actions in an extreme way due to his various experiences. When he was much younger, he saw a puppy’s stance to pee whenever my husband and I brought him out for a walk.

Upon imagining these things in my mind, the above inspiration was birthed out as I kept on revising it continuously. I’m amazed by the little boy God has blessed me with. Unknowingly, many of his little actions give me inspirations.
