Can anybody shares information about social enterprise? My friend is at a loss to begin a social enterprise. 

1. Is it true that social enterprise is built on volunteer experts?
2. Aren’t social enterprise is to give the marginalized job opportunities by earning profit from selling products or services?
3. How do you tell a person is genuine to help as a partner?

In the current creative industries, there is an increasing epidemic where the creative job seekers are not paid during internship due to a book written to the artists to provide their service for free. Are not the workers deserve their wages? Wish you all have good days and thank you.

I can’t stand a person who tried to find fault. Every time I’m the one who tried to avoid quarrel, they are trying to quarrel with my family. So I have been feeling and wishing them to stop testing my patience.
